Very disappointing experience at Monte Beauty Rotterdam. I travelled 140 km for my appointment, but my treatments were not completed as booked. The salon asked me to arrive earlier and assured me there would be enough time, yet there wasn’t. When I politely raised my concerns, the staff member became defensive and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner in front of other customers. I paid €145 despite not receiving the full treatments. I also contacted the salon afterwards to resolve the issue but received no response. Poor planning, unprofessional service and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this salon.
